NED200 LED Display Control Board with Ethernet RS485 RS232 MQTT Relay and Wiegand for Smart Parking Access Control Systems

The NED200 is an embedded controller that combines LED display driving, network communication, access-control interfaces and peripheral control on a single board. It is designed for smart parking, parking guidance, vehicle entrance/exit, LPR (License Plate Recognition) entry systems, LED information signs and customized parking terminals.

Unlike a conventional LED display driver card, which only handles screen scanning, the NED200 integrates Ethernet, serial ports, a Wiegand interface, digital I/O, relay outputs and voice broadcasting into one mainboard. System integrators no longer need to assemble several separate controller boards.

• Suitable for entrance LED signs, parking guidance displays, access information screens and custom LED terminals

• 1 × 10/100M Ethernet, 2 × RS232, 1 × RS485, 1 × TTL (3.3V)
• Serial baud rate adjustable from 4800 to 115200 bps
• Native support for TCP, RS485 and MQTT
• The host system can send commands to update LED content, trigger relays, read I/O status and play voice prompts, allowing easy integration with the customer's own PMS, parking guidance, access control or cloud platform

• 1 × Wiegand interface, auto-adaptive to Wiegand 26/34, directly compatible with Wiegand readers
• 2 × opto-coupled inputs, 2 × open-collector outputs
• 2 × relay dry-contact outputs with independent COM/NO/NC, rated up to 250VAC 10A / 30VDC 10A

• Built-in font library supports more than 100 languages, including English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, Korean and Arabic
• Encoding can be configured as GBK, UTF8 or UNICODE
• On-board 8MB voice storage, up to 256 voice files called by ID, updatable on site
• Amplifier output: 4Ω / 8W

• Remote IAP upgrade via TCP upgrade tool or browser, so functions can be added or optimized after deployment
• Cloud-based batch upgrades can be implemented together with the customer's platform
